"Always love hearing from you and your encouragement. I was short in fat again this evening and took your suggestion and ate some almonds and that brought it into all gold for the day. While walking on Sunday morning, I was reflecting on some changes from last summer. Last summer I couldn't walk the 1.2 miles that I was walking and I am just over my goal of a 20 minute mile. I struggled to go up the 22 steps from the lake to the cabin. This weekend I carried my 4 year old sleeping granddaughter up with very little effort, I put up a screen tent by myself. Last year I would have left it for someone else to do. Last year I wasn't exercising. This weekend I brought my weights with me and when everyone went to the beach I stayed and did my workout and then joined them. I asked for help preparing meals and once sat with my mom and another time played with my grand children and let others clean up. I am feeling strong. I am eating healthy. I am loving this program. 2 weeks ago I was very frustrated that the scale wasn't moving. Today I feel confident that it will because I am having success in several other areas. Your positive encouragement is very motivating. Thank you! "

"Good morning everybody.. my job is working with food..prepping for my 900 babies elementary school..breakfast lunch and after school snacks..always on my feet but it's not exercise..I made small changes along with my coach Ben..I walk 20 mins before I start work..on my lunch break I squeeze in my schedule workout..and at home I either meditate or do yoga pose..) started in March with 230 pounds now I am at 219..it's slow but moving in the direction I want.. I notice that I am feeling more energetic..my clothes are begging to fit a little lose.. I am happy to have found this group of lovely ladies as well as this program..love it and love you all. "

"Adventurous spirit now that is not how I would have been described a couple of months ago!! My how my life has changed! I have courage and find joy in taking time for me. I found that the more I take care of myself....the more I can give to others....and I know when to say; "enough." I'm not afraid to try new things and I don't worry about what everyone else will think first. I really like what's happening in my life and it's not just the number on the scale. I'm so thankful for VL and for such a great coach!! "

"Down to 167.8 down from 187..1 was thinking about how joining this program has helped ME make changes...I keep track at the store of the foods I would has purchased as to what I actually do..that has been a huge change..) would buy 4 ...yes 4 gallons on milk every two weeks..now I buy only 2..1 no longer use Schwan's..I would buy those per made freezer meals...super high in calories and sodium..) now prepare our meals from scratch..and freezing left overs..also pop..oh my goodness is it expensive..we are buying 4 diet pepsi and 4 diet mt dews every 2 weeks..now 1 12 pak lasts a month..I switched out cauliflower for macaroni or potatoes. In my Mac or potatoe salad...super lowers the calories content...I buy Greek yogurt and mix cottage cheese and s-f jello in it and berries...instead of eating yogurt cups....) am sure I eat breakfast every morning..added proteins to my diet..I was in a calories..sugar..sodium rut..) am a diabetic..accountability has made me check my levels way more often than I did..more now like my Dr wants me too..) appreciate My coach..She works with me as I am suffering now from plantarfascitis..and I have a job were walking ALOT is required..so thank you Jody and thank you vibrant life!!!!"

"I been catching up on everyone comments,How Awesome everyone is doing ©C.You all should be very Proud of yourselves.This is a big step for us all, temptations can be very hard and I know what it's like to work all the time] live in the fast Iife.Work two jobs 3rd shift and half of 1st shift,watch my grandchildren and try to sleep before I go in.Meals aren't planned alot of times but have cut out alot of breads,eat more vegetables and fruits.Proud of myself today passed up donuts.Life can be a challenge but we got this ladies.Love you all Don't give up ....Keep on pushing to a better life."

"Had to adjust to being away on my trip and now adjusting to being back. Have tp say. I'm blown away by my absolute change of mindset regarding my weight and myself as a person. Though negative things were sent my way, I did like said and refused to accept any negativity from anyone as my truth! Talk about empowerment!! Never in my whole life have I felt like this: free and joyful. with no self condemnation no matter what! Learning to love myself and be there, supporting me the whole way, being e in the moment has been amazing and I actually saw that less negative things were said to me because of my joy and confidence in myself. Comments were made about how fat I was: but not continuously. I think I caused bafflement with my new attitude and mindset @ I felt like I was screaming "This is me!! And I love me!! Chub and all! Thank you very much! Thank you Vibrant Life!!"
